MBA Mold received 2 sets of stack mould purchase order from our Brazil customer. It was the first time of our company to manufacture stack mold.
The delivery time of the first set of stack mould is 8 weeks after design confirmation. We did the T1 in 28th March. And then we shipped the mold in 31st April after some follow-up improvements. Our customer had confirmed every times of mold trail report, steel material report, sample test report, samples and mold fitting report etc. Before the mold shipment, we had to make sure that both the mold condition and the product condition had reached our customer’s satisfaction.
Making special moulds like stack mould are our advantages. MBA Mold will wholeheartedly try to offer our customers better moulds, products and service.
