About the plastic material for export mold trials in our company, generally the following sources are included:
1．Customer provide
2．We buy the same or similar property plastic material according to customer provided material specification.
For plastic material such as PA6,PA66, PA6+GF, PA66+GF and etc, due to anti-dumping, so we don’t suggest the customer to send them from abroad.
If mold trial really need these material, we will buy the same or similar material in China based on customer material specification.
About other materials, for easier Custom Clearance and shorter Clearance time, we hope that customer can provide the following information before material sending:
1.invoice（include brand、item no、unit price、quantity、total amount、freight term etc）
2.Packing list
3.Packaging method、inside and outside packaging photo
4.material specification of Plastic material and colorant or masterbatch 、safety data, better with Certificate Of Origin
About material provided by customer, if it is with complete and accurate information, usually we need 3-5 days to finish the Custom Clearance.
For materials provided by each customer, we will put them in special warehouse.
We will record In-coming date、item no、quantity of material, and place them in different areas to search, use and manage.
