3. Contents
A, Daily maintenance: 1. lubricate moving parts such as ejector pin, slide, guide pillars and bushing; 2. clean mold surface; 3. unchoke water line;
B. Regular maintenance: 1, 2, 3 are idem; 4. clean vent; facilitate breathing when air trap is at black level ; 5. modification of damage and wear parts;
C. Appearance maintenance: 1. paint the outside of mold base to avoid rust; 2. when blanking , cavity should be coated with anti-rust oil; 3. when saving, make sure to close tightly to prevent dust from entering mold core.
4. Notes
A. Moving parts must be lubricated in daily maintenance;
B. Mold surface must be clean: no label paper shall be attached to P/L, serious plastic residue will be at P/L if continuing to produce when parts are adhered to cavity which are not taken out in time.
C. Repair in time when abnormal conditions are found such as abnormal ejection, loud noise when opening and closing mold.
