* Identification
Part identification is usually set on the flat internal surface of the product and is convex; choosing a face that may be consistent with mold opening direction to set identification to avoid pulling.
* Molded accuracy
Due to the inhomogeneity and the uncertainty of shrinkage during injection molding,the precision of moulding is obviously lower than that of metal parts.So the dimensional tolerance of mechanical parts cannot be applied mechanically and appropriate tolerance requirements should be chosen according to the standards.

* Snap joints

2. The tolerance requirement of relevant snap joints dimension is very strict; too many backoff locations will cause the damage on snap joints; on the contrary, too few will cause loose parts and ungovernable assembly position.
