At MBA Mold, before any mold ready for delivery, we will notice the quality department to carry out complete inspection, in accordance with customer mold standard or MBA mold criteria. Only when the molds are fully qualified, then we pack the moulds. Normally, we mostly use strong wooden box or steel box for mould delivery. At present, most of foreigner customers would like to choose wooden box. The woods are fumigated, we have relevant certificates.
Every customer has different requirement for shipping tool, whatever it is, we can meet your demands.
For example, some customers don’t want to have much mold cleaning work after receiving the mold; so we can make vacuum package for mould. If the mold will be sent by air, it can be without rust-proof oil, and it can be done with vacuum package directly. If the molds will be sent by sea, about mirror polished molds, only need a little transparent anti-rust oil on the parting line; some common molds basically without rust-proof oil.If customers really don’t need vacuum package. By air: we will make a little transparent anti-rust oil on the parting line, to avoid mold rust. By sea: we will make enough transparent anti-rust oil on the parting line, In each other plate surface with thick white oil,
to avoid the mould be affected with damp rust on the sea.
