We have 8 project engineers with at least 10 years experience, and one of them with 20 years experience. There are two project engineers are mainly responsible for domestic customers and follow up, the rest are mainly responsible for overseas clients’projects and follow up.
Job responsibilities of project engineer are:
Directly communicate with customers for project technical issues.
Within the company, they follow the mould design, manufacturing process, mould trail, mould modification ,mould improvement, mould delivery etc，the overall work.
The characteristic of project management is:
We not only strictly control the mould manufacturing progress;
As early as Design Stage, we also strictly control the time for DFM, mold 2D ,mold 3D;
In addition, for mould improvement and modification, project engineers would require mouldshop to finish them asap.
