Our company bought the machine on August 2014, it measure the 3D dimensions of workpiece. Measurement stroke is 0.5m*0.5m, tolerance is 0.0024mm.
To improve the measurement efficiency, at present we have introduced in auto-measurement system, using scanner to scan barcode of the electrodes and to measure electrode automatically.
SEREIN CMM belongs to Hexagon Group, measure 3D demensions of the work piece, the measure stroke is 1000mm*800mm*600mm, tolerance is 0.005mm. The CMM is normally used to measure bigger steel or products.
High Guage :
Measure the height of the workpiece.
Besides, we have many hand-held sclerometer. It is convenient to take away towork shop to check the hardness for steel and mold base.
Normally the Measurement room temperature is 18-22 degree, we havetemperature humidity clock, to keep a stable measurement condition.
