For plastic material such as PA6, PA66, PA6+GF, PA66+GF and etc, due to anti-dumping, so we don't suggest the customer to send them from abroad. If mold trial really need these material, we will buy the same or similar material in China based on customer material specification.
With most injection molding resin a certain degree of shrink can be expected due to the materials chosen. Some materials tend to shrink more than others so careful consideration on material choice should be made.
Heat flow is a heat transfer phenomenon that occurs between objects contacting directly with different temperatures. Heat insulation is the heat exchange reduction between high-temperature object and low-temperature one. Heat insulation can be achieved by changing the structure, shape and material of the heat transfer medium.
* Reasonable consideration of the contradiction between process and product performance 1. When designing injection molding products, it is necessary to take into account the contradiction between appearance, performance and process. Sometimes at the expense of parts of the process, good appearance or performance can be gotten.
Not only injection mold temperature determines melt temperature as it moves quickly through the mold. The melt temperature itself as it starts its journey through the injection mold (self-evidently) is the reference point. Speed of injection, particularly in thin sections, is of huge influence, as it will determine the degree of shear heating.
Many engineering materials like PBT (Polybutylene terephthalate) have a tendency of out-gassing. The best practices that I have to date are: Add 10mm wide vents spaced 30mm from each other all the way around parting line. Always follow the recommendations of the material company for vent depth.
