The semi-automatic contents: 1.Set up Automatic identification system for workpiece and tools, iMould use barcode identification according to actual demand. 2.Fixture Management and Automatic compensation for offset value, which indeed realized every process, especially EDM no need to adjust its balance bit / center position or depth.
We have 8 project engineers with at least 10 years experience, and one of them with 20 years experience. There are two project engineers are mainly responsible for domestic customers and follow up, the rest are mainly responsible for overseas clients’ projects and follow up.
So far,we have made several big moulds of automotive console system for German Wocogroup. Length over 1m and the weight range from 5 tons to 8 tons. Besides, we made so many big moulds for Automotive Seating, medical equipments, household appliances etc. Normally, these big moulds must be put to 800 tons to 1300 tons injection machine for mold
Inner screw,normally there has 3 tooling concept: Lifeline, Oil cylinder to drive the screws, Rack to drive screws.
At present, we totally have 8 sets EDM machines, 2 sets are Switzerland Agie Charmilles brand (reach us in 2013), 4 sets are Chinese High Spark brand (High Spark is well-known brand in China, it also have 5 axis machine with 2 heads), the other 2 sets are Chinese ordinary brand.
The two Fanuc CNC machines are used to processing electrodes,the other 6 sets are used to machining on steel. We have holders for all cutters of CNC machines. The working speed of 2 Mori Seiki C650 machines is 20000RPM.
Not only injection mold temperature determines melt temperature as it moves quickly through the mold. The melt temperature itself as it starts its journey through the injection mold (self-evidently) is the reference point. Speed of injection, particularly in thin sections, is of huge influence, as it will determine the degree of shear heating.
Many engineering materials like PBT (Polybutylene terephthalate) have a tendency of out-gassing. The best practices that I have to date are: Add 10mm wide vents spaced 30mm from each other all the way around parting line. Always follow the recommendations of the material company for vent depth.
