About CNC machines,we have 8 at present.Two of them are Japanese Fanuc brand,3 sets are Mori Seiki brand,other 3 sets are Hartford brand.
The two Fanuc CNC machines are used to processing electrodes,the other 6 sets are used to machining on steel. We have holders for all cutters of CNC machines. The working speed of 2 Mori Seiki C650 machines is 20000RPM.
We also have a large CNC machine of Mori Seiki NVX7000 HSC,its stroke is 1540*760*660mm,working speed is 20000RPM and the measurement tolerance is 0.01mm. This machine arrived our company on March this year.
The CNC machine of FANUC a-D21MiA Robodril,its working speed is 24000RPM and it has 21 cutters. This machine arrived our company on March this year,mainly used for machining electrodes.
Another CNC machine of FANUC a-D14MiA Robodrill has 14 cutters,its working speed is 24000RPM,it is also used for machining electrodes.
